The question is how do you achieve that across all states? all neighborhoods? Federal control which no one in the U.S. will support. Higher pay for teachers because we only respect people who are well paid. So I anticipate no change in our world standing. The question is how long can the U.S. remain the top economy with less than average critical thinking in its workforce?
